Rental & Liability

Out + About Mobile Bar is provided as a rental space and backdrop for your event. The renter is responsible for the safe use of the trailer and for all activities taking place around or within it during the rental period. Out + About is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, loss, or other incidents arising from the use of the trailer, its contents, or activities associated with the event.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests use the trailer safely and appropriately and agrees to assume responsibility for any damage caused during the rental period. By booking Out + About, the renter acknowledges these responsibilities and agrees to our rental terms and conditions.
